Wanted suspect captured in Muskingum County

LOGAN — Wanted suspect Reggie Foster, 38, was arrested after a high-speed chase that took officers through Muskingum County and into Licking County.

    LOGAN – The mother of a four-year-old boy will be heading back to court on June 10 for a trial-to-court in reference to charges of endangering children and domestic violence.

The board members applauded the retirees for their dedication to their professions throughout the years and extended well wishes to them during their retirement years.

    LOGAN – Downtown Logan will be filled with alumni festivities this weekend. Activities are scheduled for Downtown beginning at Logan High School followed by more activities at The Bowen House Saturday morning.

    LOGAN — The Appalachian Regional Safety Council awarded $500 scholarships to four student applicants on Wednesday.

    LOGAN — Hocking County Sheriff’s Office Captain Jerrod Alford spoke at length to the Appalachian Regional Safety Council regarding how law enforcement can help detect drugs in the workplace.
  6. A second district championship

    Junior Billy Woltz (left) and senior Christian Perkins of the Logan Chieftains set the early pace in the 1600-meter run during Thursday’s Division I district track and field meet at Marietta College. Woltz won the 1600, marking his second-straight season with a district title. He claimed the 800 last spring.
